Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026. WallCrumb is a website and product of Take Flight Merch LLC ("we", "us").

These terms govern your use of WallCrumb ("the Service"), a website and product operated by Take Flight Merch LLC.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of testimonials you collect. You grant us a license to host and display them as you direct. You confirm you have the right to publish each testimonial. Our collection form asks submitters for consent, but you are responsible for content you import or add manually.

Acceptable use

No fake, misleading, or incentivized-without-disclosure testimonials, no unlawful content, no spam, no attempts to disrupt the Service. Businesses may only send review-request texts to customers who gave consent through the WallCrumb opt-in form.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe after any free trial. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

SMS program terms

Program name: WallCrumb Review Requests. Description: Take Flight Merch LLC, through WallCrumb, sends text messages on behalf of local service businesses (for example cleaning, HVAC and auto detailing companies) asking their customers to leave a review of a recently completed service. Messages are only sent to customers who opted in with the business's consent form (see wallcrumb.com/sms-opt-in).

Message frequency: varies; typically one review request per completed service. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Help: reply HELP or email stridr5555@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
