WallCrumb Review Requests: SMS opt-in

WallCrumb, a product of Take Flight Merch LLC, helps local service businesses (cleaning, HVAC, auto detailing and similar) ask their customers for reviews. Texts are sent only to customers who opt in using the form below, which each business shows its customer at booking or checkout (on its WallCrumb opt-in link, a tablet, or its own booking page using this exact wording).

How it works

1. The customer enters their mobile number on the business's WallCrumb opt-in form.
2. The customer may check the consent box. It is unchecked by default and not required to book or buy.
3. Only if checked, after the service is completed, WallCrumb sends one text from +1 (959) 500-0034 with a link to leave a review.
4. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help.

Example message: "WallCrumb for Sparkle Home Cleaning: Thanks for choosing us today! Would you leave a quick review? https://wallcrumb.com/c/sparkle-home Reply STOP to opt out."
