Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account holders: email address, billing status (from Stripe; we never see full card numbers). Testimonial submitters: name, optional title, rating, testimonial text, optional avatar image, consent flag, submission time. SMS recipients: mobile phone number, the business that collected it, and the time and text of the opt-in consent.

How we use it

To provide the Service: authenticate you, display approved testimonials, send review-request texts the recipient agreed to, and process payments.

SMS and mobile information

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to send the review-request messages the recipient agreed to. We share them only with the service providers needed to deliver messages (our SMS carrier provider, Twilio), never for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies; typically one review request per completed service. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or email stridr5555@gmail.com.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage), Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), our email provider (sign-in emails). We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

One essential session cookie for signed-in users. Embedded widgets do not set cookies.

Retention & rights
